Shipping: All items are shipped through U.S. postal service. You will receive your package within 4-10 business days. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a tracking number which will update once your order has shipped. If your order is placed on a holiday or after business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) please be aware that your order will not be processed until the next business day.
Return/Exchange: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once your hair is paid for or you have received your hair, you will NOT be allowed to return ONLY if there was a mistake on Kena Shanell’s end.
